1. Check the In-Seam Tag: Handwashing is the most eco-friendly method, but we understand the convenience of using a washing machine. Refer to the tag for the recommended water temperature and always use the delicate setting. Place delicate items in a lingerie wash bag.

2. Wash by Color Families: Our natural dyes may bleed slightly during the first few washes. To maintain the original color, wash similar colors together—blues with blues, greens with greens, etc.

3. Use Quality Detergent: Opt for high-quality washing products, as harsh detergents can damage the garment and stiffen the natural fibers, causing discomfort. Use strong stain removers only when necessary.

4. Wash Less Frequently: It's not necessary to wash garments after every wear. Air dry them in a shady spot to freshen them up. If a garment gets stained, try spot cleaning instead of washing the entire item. This extends the garment's life and conserves water.

5. Air Dry: Natural fabrics benefit from natural drying methods. Hang your clothes in a shady, airy spot to dry. Avoid direct sunlight, which can stiffen the fabric. When ironing, turn garments inside out and use a low heat setting. Avoid wringing clothes too hard to maintain their shape.

Read the Returns & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing your order. 

We believe each of you is unique, and we only sell bespoke products specially designed and crafted for you. To reduce the carbon footprints and to maintain exclusivity, we do not mass produce any of our products to maintain the highest quality standards. Each and every package that leaves our facility is packed and shipped with utmost care. 

We do not edit the colours in our product pictures. However, the colour settings on your device may not portray the accurate colour of the product. Therefore, we recommend you check your device’s colour and display settings before placing your order. 

Pro-tip - Check the size guide provided with each product to know the exact specifications for that particular product to avoid size variations. Size guide is different for each product and it will help you choose your perfect fit. 

Cancellation Policy

We are sorry that you want to cancel your order!

• You can cancel your order at any time, just by paying the delivery charges of your order. 
• The total amount to be refunded to you is the product cost minus the delivery cost, which will be sent to your registered email ID as an e-voucher. 

Return for Damaged Items

We are sorry that you received a wrong, defective or damaged item. We advise you to inform us immediately if the items you received are wrong, defective, or damaged. We are here to help. We will evaluate the situation and provide you with a solution. 

Our team takes utmost care to deliver the package to your doorstep with all items in their original condition. However, if your package met with an unfortunate accident during shipping and your product is damaged, we offer you a return. 

The damaged item will not be returned without a video proof of unpacking and unboxing the product showing damaged goods. 

We do not accept returns on items purchased during sale or clubbed with an offer. 

We do not accept returns for purchase made through an e-voucher. 

Return Policy

We offer refunds and returns if the return request is raised within seven days from the date of receipt of the order. If your order was delivered, we are sorry, but we won’t be able to entertain your request.

Here are the eligibility criteria for returns:

• The buyer must return the item in an unworn or unused state with tags intact and with its original packing.
• The buyer must present a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
• The buyer must bear the shipping cost for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
• The buyer is supposed to send a return request by sending an email to returns@crystalhealshop.ca, and once the return is accepted, we will share a return shipping label with further instructions. Any items sent back without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund. 
• The amount will be refunded as an e-voucher from Crystal Heal, which you can redeem while making your next purchase.
